Keir Walton

Before founding Heritage Werks in 2009, Keir held global leadership roles at several WPP agencies. He knows the ins and outs of everything from marketing to media, brand strategy, communications, market research, audience engagement and more.
This unique combination led to Heritage Werks, an innovative content company driven by global marketing know-how.
Charlie Turano
executive director
Charlie started his career at the Dallas Cowboys before co-founding Genesco Sports Enterprises with John Tatum. Together, they represented Pepsi, MasterCard, Motorola, Coors and other brands in negotiation with pro sports teams, leagues and properties in the U.S.
At Heritage Werks, Charlie leads our sports advisory practice, working with team owners and rights holders to safeguard, mine and monetize their heritage. Charlie’s counsel has been pivotal in helping organizations capitalize on the foundational shift in sports toward storytelling and the creation, distribution and consumption of premium IP.
Valerie Clark

Valerie has led the financial and human resources teams at Heritage Werks for more than a decade – guiding the company from a small entrepreneurial start-up to a global leader in the discovery, management and monetization of heritage.
Prior to Heritage Werks, Valerie served as a senior executive at Arthur Andersen, Baxter and Cardinal Health. Her career spans more than 30 years in financial management with a focus on employee satisfaction and customer success.
Debbie Waller

Debbie is recognized as the leading archival consultant in North America. She started her career at the Smithsonian Institution and has since assessed, created and led archival programs for hundreds of the world’s best-known and most highly regarded organizations.
At Heritage Werks, Debbie is redefining the centuries-old approach to archives, establishing 21st century programs that transform the way organizations access and leverage their heritage.
Nicole Jordan

Nicole leads a team of highly experienced communicators, marketers and consultants who transform access and use of heritage at some of the world’s best known and most highly regarded organizations. Under her leadership, Heritage Werks has grown rapidly by helping our clients harness the incredible power of their past.
Prior to joining Heritage Werks, Nicole held senior leadership roles in award-winning marketing and creative agencies. She places a premium on the client experience and, with a team dedicated to success, makes every day truly rewarding and fulfilling for our clients.
Ryan Donegan

Ryan leads our operations with a focus on organizational design, infrastructure, technology and workflows. In addition to overseeing capital investments and providing strategic counsel, Ryan leads our risk mitigation practice which has redefined how organizations safeguard and make accessible historical information.
With a background in broadcast media, Ryan understands what our clients need to tell their stories in a 24-hour-news-cycle world and keeps us on the forefront of a digital world.
Bridget Reddick

At Heritage Werks, Bridget leads our teams of researchers, writers, historians, communicators and creatives. She’s a trusted advisor to the leadership of major organizations, transforming the use of heritage across our global clientele. Her teams mine client histories to fuel storytelling, programming, experiences and new revenue streams.
Prior to joining Heritage Werks nearly a decade ago, Bridget began her career at The Smithsonian Institution and then transitioned into creative, strategy and leadership roles for award-winning marketing, communications and creative agencies.
Penny Perrey

Before joining Heritage Werks, Penny was Chief Marketing Officer for IEG, a WPP company. She helped guide IEG to global dominance in sponsorship consulting, activation and measurement, and she ran an annual conference that brought together the world’s leading brands, properties and thought leaders.
At Heritage Werks, Penny leads our communications initiatives, crafting solutions that inspire and engage our global clientele.
